Featured Post For Blogger and Its customizations
Blogger released the new official widget Featured Post with which you can now highlight specific post on your blog.
You can also use it as an advertising format.
Follow below step to add the widget to your blog.
1. Login to blogger
2. Go to your layout tab, click on "Add a widget" and select 'Featured Post'.
3. You can then customise it to your taste.
You can also change your featured post at any time.

Stop Country Specific Url Redirection On Blogger
If you are very observant, you might have noticed that blogger redirects blog created on their platform to country specific url.
For instance, if you are from Nigeria and you are viewing a blogger blog like techsavvyhome.blogspot.com, you might see something like techsavvyhome.blogspot.com.ng, this doesn't affect your blog or render it useless.
Why Google Did This?
Google is a big brand which focuses on user comfort and experience. Google did this on purpose. Some post are restricted to certain countries or age groups e.g pornographic blogs may be restricted to certain countries, age groups such as teenagers etc.
Effects of Country Specific Url Redirection
While there are lot of disadvantages associated with these issue,it has its own advantages. Social media activity such as Fb likes and Google +1's may be reduced because your blog posts url may be different based on readers location.
How to Disable Custom URL Redirections on Blogger
If custom URL redirection makes you suffer from low traffic.Then this might be useful. Here is how to do it.
1. Login to blogger
2.Click to Template > Edit html
3.Hold Control+F, and paste <head> in the search box.
4.Paste below code after the <head> tag

How To Edit Blogger Templates Offline On Android devices.
Most bloggers or those interested in blogging quits halfway especially when they began to notice that blogger template cannot be edited on mobile browsers efficiently like on PC.
Many of those bloggers may have wanted to add important html or css code styling such as post summary, Facebook commenting system etc but are forced to quit involuntarily because they do not have PC.
I am glad to notify you that you can edit your template to your taste on mobile and without spending much of your data plan except for downloading of your template, the needed application and uploading of edited templates.

How to edit blogger templates offline on Android devices.
1. Login to blogger.
2. Click on Template.
3.On the top of the page, Click on backup/restore and then download full template.
4.Download 920 Text Editor, Click here to download it.
5.After downloading the application, install it and open your template with the editor, you can now edit your template as you like.
6.After editing, save the edited file in .xml extension and upload back to your blog using the backup/restore option.

Recover Blocked or lost MTN SIM Easily with your BVN

MTN introduced an easy and faster approach to SIM unblocking/recovery. Before, The only way to reactivate blocked line is to visit their nearest office.
But MTN made it easier through the use of BVN. All you have to do is grant MTN the permission to use your BVN details for your SIM registration.
Now Let's get straight to the point
MTN will need to be permitted to acess ur BVN details. To permit them, you have to send "Yes" to 799 and your SIM registration will be completed using your BVN details.
This only works with the number you provided while registering for BVN.
If u don't have a BVN, you will have to visit the nearest MTN office to you.
MTN only block the line of subscribers which they think has done an incomplete registration
