Bow-legged Serial Thief on the Loose In Lagos! Steals Mobile Phones, Laptops & Other Items Unnoticed

Fashion consultant Latasha Ngwube, posted CCTV footage of a bow-legged man stealing her mobile phones from her purse at a party in Lagos last weekend. The yet-to-be-identified man was also accused of stealing another lady's laptop last week. Below are videos of the thief in action. Hopefully someone will recognize him and take him to the police.

Using it as a tool to curry sympathy and carry out dastardly deeds without fear or remorse. You will be caught! My two phones that you stole are just the beginning of the problems in store for you. What you are looking at is a clip from a CCTV camera of the same "handicapped" thief that struck on Saturday at another restaurant and stole someone's laptop. THIS GUY stole two of my phones while at a birthday party on Saturday night. More irrefutable proof coming up!"
