Justice Excel Timi Celebrates 50th Birthday with Gov Okowa and Wife Edith Okowa in a grand style at Asaba 

She has lived with sickle cell  for 50years.

There is nothing God can not do..

Those are her words as she celebrate her 50th birthday on 24 April @ the living faith church Asaba. 

Delta State Governor, Senator Ifeanyi  Okowa and Wife Dame Edith Okowa, Deputy governor Barr Kingsley Otuar, senators ,house of Reps and members of the house of assembly led by the Speaker Rte Hon Igbuya Monday,  Rt Hon Friday Ossai  Osanebi join their member Honourable  Tonye Timi to celebrate his wife as she marks 50years Today.

God indeed is worthy to be Praise.

While praising God,  Hon Justice Excel Gentu Timi said, what kept her these long is the word of God which says with long life I will bless and satisfy you, She noted that long life is her portion.

Sickle cell disease (SCD) is a serious, inherited condition affecting the blood and various organs in the body. It affects the red blood cells, causing episodes of sickling, which produce episodes of pain and other symptoms. In between episodes of sickling, people with SCD are normally well. 

Long-term complications can occur. Certain conditions can trigger sickling, such as cold, infection, lack of fluid in the body (dehydration) or low oxygen. Good treatment, started early in life, can prevent complications. So, early diagnosis and specialist treatment are advised for SCD. Sickle cell trait is not the same as sickle cell disease. 

Sickle cell trait means you carry a sickle cell gene, but it does not normally cause illness.
