Rapper 50 Cent paid a visit to a disabled fan two weeks before he accused an autistic worker of being 'high on drugs', it can be revealed. He spent more than 90 minutes with Justin Brown who has reflex sympathetic dystrophy syndrome and is confined to a bed.
